Privacy policy

Oru stores the email you sign in with, the CVs you upload, searches you create, and scores we compute for job postings. CVs are treated as sensitive personal data.

Files live in a private bucket and are served only through short-lived signed links after we check that you own them. We send your CV text, profile, and one posting at a time to Anthropic to score and tailor documents. We log token counts and cost, not prompt contents.

We use Stripe for payments. Card details never touch Oru servers. Email codes are hashed, expire in 10 minutes, and are single use.

You can delete your account from the app. That removes CVs, experience banks, documents and search data within 30 days, including backups on their normal rotation.
